Inbound sales rep .......?

I work for a company and it inbound sales but we get all calls billing repairs ect but I do not have the heart enough to go oh I know u cannot afford the stuff u have but lets add more stuff I know this is not the job for me I want to do computer hardware repair and building but I do jot have a degree and no one will train I can do it but no one will train what do I do
