What's the IT Support job where the answers are on the screen?

I heard of this job in IT Support where you're in like an inbound call centre and people ring up about problems with their computers and you just look on the screen for their query and read what it says? Is this just "IT Support"? I'll be at the jobcentre soon and want to apply for a job like this, sounds nice and easy.
