Block black ops servers?

Black Ops uses ports 81, 3074, 3075, 3478(UDP) and ports 80, 443, 5223, 3074(TCP). I believe by locking those ports all connection will be rendered useless. if your kids are tech savvy they will find ways around it. That's the sad part
