Can anyone recommend fun spots in Santa Barbara, CA for a bachelorette party?

We want to do a wine tasting in afternoon, maybe dinner and drinks somewhere else. I don't live in CA, so I have no idea where to go! Also, since its a beach town, would dressing casual be ok?
