Getting high before surgery?

Many drugs, legal and otherwise, stay in your system a very long time, and that is true even if you aren't aware of any particular effects. And they can be a very big factor in whether any surgery and whether any form of anesthesia is safe or compromised or perhaps impossible and must be delayed for safety. So -- ask your doctor!
