I want to start BPO. Can anybody guide me? From where I get inbound & outbound processes?

I m based at Aurangabad, Maharashtra. Currently i m outsourcing copy paste, captcha writing, online form filling etc. but I wish to start BPO from home. Is it possible. I m new in BPO field. Also I wish to know that from where I can get Inbound & Outbound processes? which US based companies providing such type of work.
