How many fees come with Arise Virtual Solutions?

Im interested in a work at home job. I was looking into liveops and Arise virutal solutions. I heard that arise virtual solutions charges you for the background check and the training which can range from 99 to 100 dollars! Is this true?? Who wants to pay for a job!! Please let me know if this is true and if it is do you know of any other inbound work at home jobs that dont make you pay a fortune to work for them.
