How to adapt your behaviour to meet the needs of yout team?/?

hi, I need that answer for my nvq in customer service, the full question is: give examples of having to adapt your behaviour to meet the needs of your team, refer to three situation. I work at call center in both inbound and outbound campaign in both sales and customer servive role. Thanks a lot for all the answers!!
