How to get 'Radar Inbound III' on MW2?

Ok, so I have been putting UAV as my Killstreak and I really want to get the 1000, the block man (1000 UAV's) But I can't see it on challenges? How do I know how many I have got etc...? I am prestige 1 Level 70.
