Why is the term “Black & Beautiful” offensive to Pro-Abortion advocates?

In the Nor Cal Bay Area, where I live, there were a number of billboards that read “Black & Beautiful” and “Black & Unwanted” funded by the National Black Pro-Life Coalition to raise awareness about the increasing (and already highest among ethnic groups in the U.S.) rate of abortions in the black community. The website at the bottom of the billboard reads “toomanyaborted.com/ca” Dem Representative Barbara Lee and many other pro-abortion groups came out saying that this billboard is offensive and hateful. What is so hateful about not wanting black women to have an abortion? Are pro-abortion advocates and Rep Lee satisfied with the fact that black women have the highest rate of abortion in the country?
