What does this mean? (USPS)?

The last status, "currently in transit to the destination," means it is on it's way to your local Post Office (the "destination" Post Office). You should be getting it soon, depending on what postage was paid for (Priority, First Class, Parcel Post or Media Mail, in that order of priority).
