What do pilots mean when they say...?

I am listening to LiveATC and the pilots say, for example: "United 231 Heavy, over (Wrecks?... Rex?), inbound to land." What does Wrecks, or Rex, or whatever mean? Thanks! Sorry for the vagueness.
