University of California Santa Barbara(UCSB)vs. San Diego State University(SDSU)?

I'm a Junior in High School right now. I have ~3.4 GPA but I don't do any extra curricular activities and I'll have ~70 volunteer hours.I am thinking about a Business major. What college would look better on a resume, or what is a better school for business? Or are there other colleges that I might realistically get into?
