The Last Lecture: Missing Chapter?

I love The Last Lecture by Randy Pausch. I am currently re-reading it and I seem to be missing a chapter. Would anyone be so kind as to type out Chapter 60 for me? I am missing pages 199, 200, 201, and 202. Greatly appreciate it. I think I'm gonna write it out and place the pages back in myself :)
