I hate my new job, what should I do?

I have been working at this company for 2 years (taking inbound calls). I'm one of the best people there. Last week I was told to join the other team which does outbound calls. The reason: they want experienced people there. I was asked in the past, if I would want to do this but I always declined and my wish was respected. Until now... they just moved me, without asking and knowing I don't want to do this. I like the company and the people there, so I don't want to quit. What should I do? Any suggestions?
