Home Network Problem Pinging and Sharing ( Netgear )?

Look at your ip address. First go to the cmd and type ipconfig /all and see if not try also the configuration of your routers. How they assign the ip and how you make both of them to work. Are they connect as a network bridge or what? Good luck
