Does doctor patient confidentIality apply to minors?

I want to know because my mom wants to take me to a sleep center and a gyno for the first time. The sleep center because I haven't been able to sleep well for a few months and the gyno because ive been having irregular periods. I think both of these are because I'm anorexic. I want to know If I ask the doctor not to tell my mom will he still do it. If you even try to tell me what I'm doing is bad for my body I'll report you because I already know that. Just please answer this question and no lectures.
