Bless Me, Ultima or The Bean Trees, or The Joy Luck Club?

Hello! I am going to be a Junior next year and I am taking honors english. For part of our summer assignment we have to read one of the following books: Bless Me, Ultima by Rudolfo Anaya, The Bean Trees by Barbara Kingsolver, or The Joy Luck Club by Amy Tan. Which one should I read? And also I don't know anything about any of them so some info about the story would be great. Thank you
